The friction force between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface is small, so it is wear - resistant. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the valve seat passage, and the stroke is short.
• Wide Application Range: There are various driving methods to choose from, such as manual, gear - driven, electric, and pneumatic. It can be applied to a variety of media and is suitable for numerous industries including petrochemical, chemical fiber textile, plastic paper - making, power and steel industries, as well as pipelines with media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, and acetic acid. It has a relatively wide applicable temperature range, generally able to work in an environment of about - 20℃ - 450℃.

Disadvantages of German - Standard Cast Iron Globe Valves
