II. Structure and Working Principle
1. Structural Features
Wafer Connection: The valve body has no independent flange, clamped by flanges on both sides of the pipeline for space-saving and convenient installation.
Cast Iron Body: Made of gray cast iron (GG25) or ductile iron (GGG40), featuring wear resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for medium-low pressure conditions.
Disc Design: Disc-shaped valve disc with rubber lining (soft seal) or metal sealing surface (hard seal) at the edge to ensure sealing performance.
