Working Principle

The valve operates automatically based on fluid pressure:

Open Position: When fluid flows in the designated direction, the pressure forces the disc to swing open, aligning with the flow path and allowing unrestricted passage .
Closed Position: If backflow occurs, the reversing pressure causes the disc to pivot back and seal against the seat, blocking reverse flow. The disc's weight and fluid pressure ensure a tight closure .
