Product Description

Butterfly valves feature a simple structure, small size, light weight, low material consumption, small installation dimensions, rapid opening and closing, 90° reciprocating rotation, and low driving torque. They are used to cut off, connect, and regulate the medium in pipelines, and have excellent fluid control characteristics and sealing performance when closed. 
Butterfly valves can transport slurry and accumulate the least amount of liquid at the pipe opening. They can achieve good sealing at low pressure and have excellent regulating performance. 
The streamlined design of the butterfly plate results in minimal fluid resistance loss, making it an energy-saving product. 
The valve stem is a through-rod structure, which has been quenched and tempered to have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and anti-scratch performance. When the butterfly valve is opened or closed, the valve stem only rotates without lifting, so the packing of the valve stem is not easily damaged and the sealing is reliable. It is fixed with the butterfly plate by a conical pin, and the extended end is designed to prevent ejection to avoid the valve stem from flying out in case of unexpected fracture at the connection between the valve stem and the butterfly plate. 
The connection methods include flange connection, wafer connection, butt welding connection and lug wafer connection.
