Structure: The stainless steel one-piece ball valve is composed of main components such as the valve body, ball, stem, and seat. The valve body is an integral structure formed by precision casting and other processes, featuring good strength and sealing performance. The ball is connected to the stem, and the stem's rotation drives the ball to turn, achieving the opening and closing of the valve. Typically, the ball can complete the opening/closing action by rotating 90° around the stem axis.

Materials: Common stainless steel materials include 304, 304L, 316, and 316L.

304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and comprehensive properties, making it widely used.
304L has a lower carbon content, offering stronger resistance to intergranular corrosion.
316 stainless steel is added with molybdenum, providing superior corrosion resistance, especially in pitting resistance.
316L is the low-carbon version of 316, further enhancing intergranular corrosion resistance.
The valve seat is often made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and self-lubrication, effectively ensuring sealing performance.

Working Principle: It controls medium flow by the ball rotating around the stem axis. When the ball's channel aligns with the valve body's channel, the valve opens, allowing the medium to pass through smoothly. When the ball rotates 90°, and its channel is perpendicular to the valve body's channel, the valve closes, cutting off the medium flow.
