Structural Features
Bellows Seal Structure: Adopts a metal bellows (usually stainless steel) as the core sealing component, which is integrated with the valve stem. The bellows has excellent flexibility and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing medium leakage along the valve stem, achieving zero leakage, and replacing traditional packing seals to avoid frequent maintenance.
Cast Iron Valve Body: The valve body is made of cast iron (such as gray cast iron GG25 or ductile iron QT450-10), which has good mechanical strength and cost-effectiveness, suitable for general industrial pipelines with low to medium pressure.
Globe Valve Structure: The valve disc moves linearly along the axis of the valve seat, with good throttling performance and stable flow control. The sealing surface of the valve disc and valve seat is usually made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as alloy steel or PTFE) to ensure tight sealing.
Integral Structure Design: The bellows, valve stem, and valve disc are designed as an integral structure, ensuring synchronous movement and improving the reliability of the sealing system.
Handwheel Operation: Equipped with a cast iron or steel handwheel, the operation is labor-saving and convenient. For large-caliber valves, a gearbox or electric actuator can be configured to realize remote control.
