Working Principle
•Opening Process: When the operating device (such as turning the handwheel) initiates movement, the stem drives the gate to move upwards. As the gate is lifted, the flow passage in the valve is gradually opened, allowing the fluid in the pipeline to flow through. When the gate is fully lifted out of the flow path, the valve is in the fully open position, and the fluid can flow with minimal resistance.

• Closing Process: Conversely, when the operating device is reversed, the stem lowers the gate. As the gate descends, it gradually blocks the flow passage. When the gate reaches the seat and makes tight contact, the valve is closed, preventing the fluid from flowing through.
